1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Nature of Services

3. Research, Reports & Business Audits

Research reports, business audits and strategic analyses are prepared using information, data, assumptions, observations, third-party sources and methodologies considered relevant at the time of work.

• Research findings represent analysis based on available information.
• Reports may include estimates, assumptions, scenarios or professional judgment.
• Market conditions, pricing, competition and commercial circumstances may change after delivery.
• Reports are intended to support decision-making, not replace independent legal, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated professional advice.

4. Client Responsibilities

Where a service depends on information supplied by the client, the client is responsible for providing information that is accurate, complete and reasonably current.

• Relevant business information should be provided in a timely manner.
• The client should disclose important constraints or facts that may affect the analysis.
• The client is responsible for evaluating recommendations before implementation.
• Final business, investment, pricing, marketing or operational decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

5. Fees, Payment & Project Commencement

Fees for research, audits or other commissioned services may be communicated through a proposal, quotation, invoice, email or other written communication.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RVSR Group may require full or partial advance payment before commencing work.

Any applicable taxes, transaction charges, bank charges or payment-processing costs may be added where legally or commercially applicable.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Because research and business-audit work may involve customised analysis, time allocation and non-recoverable professional effort, refund eligibility may depend on the stage of the project.

• Once substantial research or analysis has begun, fees may become non-refundable.
• Completed reports, downloaded research or delivered digital work are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
• If RVSR Group is unable to commence or deliver an agreed service, an appropriate resolution may be offered based on the circumstances.
• Any specific refund or cancellation terms stated in a proposal or invoice will take precedence for that engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the RVSR Group name, logo, website design, methodologies, frameworks, report structure, original research content, graphics and other proprietary material remain the intellectual property of RVSR Group or the relevant rights holder.

A client may use purchased or commissioned reports for their own legitimate internal business purposes unless broader usage rights are expressly granted.

Republishing, reselling, reproducing, licensing, distributing or commercially exploiting RVSR Group material without written permission is prohibited.

8. Confidentiality

RVSR Group will take reasonable steps to treat non-public client information shared for a research or audit engagement as confidential, subject to applicable law and legitimate operational requirements.

The client should clearly identify highly sensitive information and avoid sharing credentials, passwords or information that is unnecessary for the agreed project.

9. Accuracy, Estimates & No Guarantee

RVSR Group aims to provide useful, evidence-led and commercially relevant research. However, no research process can guarantee absolute completeness or predict future market outcomes with certainty.

• Third-party data may contain errors, delays or omissions.
• Market and competitive information may change rapidly.
• Forecasts and projections are inherently uncertain.
• Business results depend on execution and many factors outside RVSR Group's control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RVSR Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or speculative losses arising from reliance on website content, research, recommendations or business decisions made by the user or client.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, any liability will be subject to applicable law and the specific terms agreed for the engagement.

11. Third-Party Information & Links

Research or website content may refer to third-party sources, websites, platforms, statistics, publications or services. RVSR Group does not control all third-party content and cannot guarantee its continued availability, accuracy or policies.

Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Suspension or Termination

RVSR Group may suspend or terminate access to services where there is misuse, unlawful conduct, non-payment, material breach of agreed terms, security risk or other reasonable business grounds.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory legal rights or jurisdictional requirements that may apply.

Any dispute should first be raised with RVSR Group in good faith so that the parties may attempt to resolve the matter directly before pursuing other remedies.
